Mascara Review 3: Too Faced Lash Injection Pin Point

I was pretty curious about how this mascara is gonna work so here's the review:
(Extracted from Sephora.com)
What it is:
An extreme defining, volumizing, and lengthening mascara.

What it does:
Based on the world famous Lash Injection formula, Too Faced Lash Injection Pinpoint Mascara targets each lash to create the dramatically long, extremely defined, and separated lashes of your dreams! Like a mascara architect, Lash Injection Pinpoint's exclusive 3D polymers build waterproof tubes around each lash that expand and stretch far, far beyond the natural lash while the sleek pinpoint precision brush separates and curls for the most divinely detailed, healthy lash look imaginable. Like paraffin dip treatments, moisture is locked into the lash by each tube, and lashes stay conditioned and hydrated.

What else you need to know:
Easily removable with the Lash Injection Antidote eye makeup remover or soap and warm water, this amazing mascara doesn't dissolve and smudge like any ordinary mascara. The iconic waterproof formula won't melt, flake, smear or come off until you take it off—and then it comes off in tiny tubes, like little lash socks!
I got mine in Pitch Black Mini Shade.
Recap on how the brush looks like:
The label promises Extreme Defining, Volume & Lengthening.

See how skinny this brush is!

Overall: 8.5/10
LOVE:
I was really amazed by the result of this skinny look brush. This really gives volume and length. But the formula seems a bit thick so at 2 coats its like a bit too thick to carry on. Luv the brush as its really thin and can reach out to the inner corner lashes. The mascara really makes my lashes stays curl, look at my pic 1 done lashes, you can compare to the Dior or Buxom mascara done look and you will realise its pretty hard to see my lash even with mascara on.
HATE:
One thing i hate this mascara is the smell, the chemical smell was too overwhelming. Imagine holding my breath during the application. TooFaced, can you guys do something to the smell? I would definitely get this in full size if they are able to do something with the smell.
Additional Review on this mascara:
I simply luv the result as the curl staying power lasted until night which was approx 10 hours of wear. It was also a breeze removing them, as i was using my usual oil cleanser. Just some gentle rubbing they came off.. I would add 0.5 points more to the rating as it deserve minus the scent haha

  1. Ohh thanks for the wonderful review Karen! Your lashes look gorgeous and sultry with the TooFaced Lash Injection, sorry to hear it smells badly though! :( It's not worth buying the full size if you have to hold your breath at application time lol, makes me wonder what they put in there to make it so smelly.
